You'll receive a tracking link by email and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. You can track directly on the courier's website. If your tracking hasn't updated in 48 hours, contact us — we'll investigate with the courier on your behalf.

Delivery to office addresses
Office delivery is fine — just include the full address including building name, floor, and a contact number. For large office complexes, add the company name in the address line. Someone needs to be available to receive the parcel.

Gift packaging
All DavVero orders ship in our signature gift packaging — a rigid black box with ribbon. If you're sending as a gift, add a personalised message at checkout (free). We'll include it on a card inside. No prices are printed on the packaging.

Missed delivery & re-delivery
If you miss a delivery attempt, the courier will typically try again the next business day or leave a collection notice. If the parcel is returned to us, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery — a small re-delivery charge may apply.

Questions about placing orders, payment, and order management.

You can change or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting us immediately on WhatsApp. After that, your order moves into processing and changes may no longer be possible.

We accept UPI, Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Net Banking, wallets, and EMI-enabled cards through Shopify Payments.

Check your spam folder first. If you still can't find it, WhatsApp us with your name and email address and we'll resend the confirmation immediately.

Yes — all DavVero products use 100% genuine full-grain leather designed to age beautifully over time.

Slight variations are natural in genuine leather and make every piece unique. Screen calibration may also affect how colours appear online.

Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after inspection. Banks may take another 5–7 business days to reflect the amount.
