How do I track my order? +
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days across India and Nepal. You can also log in to your account to view order status.
What is your returns policy? +
We offer 14-day hassle-free returns on all non-personalised items. Items must be in original, unused condition. Personalised items cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrectly engraved.
How do I care for my leather piece? +
Wipe clean with a dry cloth. Condition every 3–6 months with a quality leather conditioner. Keep away from prolonged sunlight and moisture. The patina that develops over time is a feature — not a flaw.
Can I change my engraving after ordering? +
Changes to personalisation can be made within 1 hour of placing the order by contacting us immediately on WhatsApp. After that, the engraving process begins and cannot be changed.
Do you ship internationally? +
We currently ship to India and Nepal as standard. International shipping is available on request — email us with your country and order details for a quote.
Can I visit the studio in Kathmandu? +
We occasionally host studio visits for press, wholesale partners, and corporate clients. Email us to enquire — we'd love to show you how it's made.
